Here you will find events, classes, and workshops including Reiki, Holistic Health, Energy Medicine , Meditation, Stress Programs, Coaching , and Advocacy. Most are sponsored by MASO, but some are sponsored by other organizations that we find beneficial to our supporters.

Many are open to the general public. We serve men, women, children, and pets who have been victimized by abuse.
